The online world is full of websites; some are fancy, some are simple, some are easy to navigate, some are impossible to use, but many sites are poorly managed and run/built by people who don't know how to get the most from the web. That's exactly why script-Dance exists: to help you get on the web and be a real presence here.

My sites:

• are easy to navigate, because I value organization;
• load quickly, by using photos and videos moderately;
  
• utilize "anchors," to keep from having a multitude of unnecessary pages;
  
• are consistent in their user-friendly design and easy to read text;
  
• use scripts and designs which are compatible with current (and most dated) browsers; 
• take into account differing screen sizes and resolutions, so they are always easy to read;
  
• and are easy for search-engines to document.
  

All these things come together to make a great website which is good looking, easy to navigate, and easy to update... and that equals a great experience for both you and your visitors.

scriptDance is currently a "design only" web service because we do not have the demand, space, or funds to buy a server of our own (although this will hopefully happen in the future). But that doesn't mean that we can't help you along throughout this confusing process; we can help you find a host service that works for you, find a domain name and secure it, and have the ability to design, build, and help you maintain your websites, no matter where they are hosted.

Cost varies from project to project because of what you require of me, what I require of you, and the amount of time and resources it will take for me to take care of everything. A few of the reasons why costs do fluctuate from job to job are:

1. Because I don't host your site directly and can't make a domain name for free, the cost will depend on where you want to be hosted, what services you want there, and what domain service we go through.
   
   
2. Because I'm a freelance web-designer, I do all the work myself. That means that the price will also depend on what you want in a website... the more you want, the more it will cost. For instance, if you want a bunch of graphics, cool interactive tools, and slideshows/videos, it will obviously cost more than if you want a basic text-based website with a logo and a few pictures sprinkled throughout the site.
   
   
3. I work full-time at the moment, so this is currently a side project. So when we draw up a contract of what you want, what I will/can offer, and how I will be paid (usually a flat rate for the certain project, sometimes an hourly rate if the customer wants that instead, and an optional monthly fee for minor changes and maintenance), the amount of time involved and the overal duration of the project will matter.

However, I can (and do) give free estimates (whereas, actual beta designs and demo sites will cost you money). So, if you're interested in using scriptDance for your website needs, just contact me and we can get that process underway for no cost.
